The Atika app

Other apps take inventory.
This one connects.

Your phone is a storeroom of forgotten apps. The pile of numbers, grams and macros those apps give you looks more like an accounting spreadsheet than what you actually need. None of that data shows where you go wrong, what you're missing to speed up your progress, or why you overeat every evening around 10 pm.

So we brought together 15 years of work, experience with more than 150,000 patients, statistics on why people break their regimen and the knowledge of 50 medical professionals who have worked at Atika, and built something new on the market: an app that connects food, sleep, cycle, symptoms, complaints and hunger levels, and shows you where the problem starts.

Here's what it looks like on your phone.

How it works

Hate weighing your meals?
Just snap them.

Weighing every ingredient is the only reliable way to track calories, but let's be honest: hardly anyone has the will or the time for it. That's why, besides classic logging, the Atika app can recognise a meal from a photo and work out its calories and nutrients. With every entry we also measure hunger levels and the gap between meals and link them to changes in your measurements, so in 3 seconds you get an analysis of how effective the meal was and how it affects your BMI, skin and body. Week by week you master the rules of eating and build independence, which helps you break the cycle of hiring nutritionists and adjust your habits yourself.

Observations

We don't punish you for mistakes.
We show you where they come from.

Elsewhere, food, sleep and cycle are separate apps that don't talk to each other. Here they sit together, so you can see what goes with what. These are examples; your observations come from your own entries.

Coming soon

Coming soon to
the App Store and Google Play.

The subscription will be €9.90 a month, with no contract and no bundles. Leave your email and we'll write to you once, on launch day. Not a message more.

We use your email only for this notice. Unsubscribe with one tap.

The app records what you enter and shows the patterns in it. It doesn't make a diagnosis and doesn't replace a doctor, nutritionist or trainer.

Questions

Frequently asked
questions.

Does the package include a mentor?

No. This package is for people who don't need mentoring, and that's exactly why it's affordable. If you want someone to guide you, there are the medical protocols, and if you want mentoring and the app together, try the Personal monitoring package.

Do I get a meal and training plan?

No. If you want meals and training, try our protocols and programs.

Can I buy the app on your website?

No. The app is sold only through the App Store and Google Play, as a monthly subscription, and you can cancel it there at any time with one tap. Our website sells protocols and programs.

Can I buy the app if I've never been an Atika client?

You can. It's just important to know what the app is and what it isn't. We guarantee medical improvement and an individual approach only through the protocols; the app is a supporting tool. Your results with it depend on what you know about food and training, because there is no mentor to guide you.

Can the app help me with a diagnosis?

The app doesn't deal with diagnosis or treatment and doesn't replace a professional. It points out what can be seen from your everyday habits and gives you guidance on it, without going into medical questions.

Is it better to try the app first and the protocols later?

We recommend the opposite. If you start with a mentor, a professional builds a protocol that fits you, and once you've mastered it, it's easy to carry on with the app. The app doesn't teach you how to do it on its own; it tracks and explains what you're already doing.
