The night window
3 in 10 people stray from the plan most between 9 and 11 pm. That is why dinner in an Atika protocol is there to prevent hunger attacks, snacking and night-time overeating.

90% of patientsWhen you have several problems at once, everyone prioritises their own piece. The dietitian focuses on nutrition and puts it on a pedestal, the doctor puts all the focus on diagnosis and therapy, the trainer sees you through your discipline in training, and the psychologist through your mental health. Yet the pace of modern life means all of these areas are connected. Stress leads to overeating, overeating to health problems, health problems to exhaustion, exhaustion to skipped workouts. That is how a vicious circle forms, one that is very hard to break with willpower alone. So we brought healthcare professionals together, motivated them to work as a team under one roof, and to give patients a shared, synchronised solution that takes every aspect of your life into account at once.

Two people with the same diagnosis rarely have the same lab results. One has Hashimoto's alongside insulin resistance, for another high cortisol makes losing body fat harder, while a third has normal results but struggles with poor digestion, bloating and heartburn. The same word on the chart, three different bodies. That is why we don't hand out template meal plans and don't reduce a person to a diagnosis. We connect lab results with complaints, goals and symptoms and, food by food, habit by habit, build a protocol for each person individually.
What we measure
reference rangeThis display illustrates the measurements; it is not a patient's lab results.
All protocolsEvery parameter, symptom and step of progress is a dot.
Connecting them reveals the patterns.

If a patient is given a meal plan and the follow-up is booked a month later, the risk of giving up triples. That is why our follow-ups, online too, happen every 7 days.
2 in 3 patients don't give up because of hunger, but because they lack the time to prepare meals. That is why, for us, a practical routine beats a nutritionally perfect one.
Every client logs the intensity of hunger, complaints and changes each day, from bloating to sleep. After two weeks these are no longer impressions but a pattern, and we adjust the routine by that pattern, not by feel.
7 in 10 people regain the weight if weight loss isn't matched by a change in habits. That is why we build nutrition and training, but most of the work goes into habits, because they stay when the programme ends.
9 in 10 people know what they should eat, but not how to pull it off alongside two jobs, three kids and a hundred obligations. That is why a mentor isn't there to judge, but to show you shortcuts, adjust your routine and make the process easier.

I am Slađana Trivić Stanić, founder and CEO of Atika. I love food, passionately. I hate exercise, even more passionately. No look on earth would motivate me to have broccoli for lunch with bland, unsalted steamed chicken breast. I work a lot, I always have. I'm a mother. I have an autoimmune disease. I'm constantly exhausted.
Every time I tried working with a nutritionist, a trainer, a doctor, I was made to feel like I was the problem. A problem because I don't like something, because I can't do something, because I'm not something. So I created a method that doesn't expect patients to adapt their lives to the programme, but adapts the programme to their lives.
Our storyWe don't buy reviews and we don't pay for media attention. Friends, mums and colleagues see our members' transformations and get in touch; doctors notice their patients' better lab results and refer them to us. Search online and you'll find seven articles in fifteen years and not a single influencer, but at least someone around you was once our member.
A follow-up lasts an hour, a week lasts 168. The app is for the 167 hours the team doesn't see: hunger at 10 pm, five hours of sleep, bloating after lunch that is forgotten by the next follow-up. You log it when it happens, and it reaches the team before you do.
So a follow-up doesn't start with "how did it go", but with an analysis of what was logged, and your time with the team goes into solutions rather than retelling the week.
