Atika app support

Search for “Atika” in the App Store on iPhone, or in Google Play on Android.

The first 7 days are free. After that, the subscription is billed monthly. You will see the exact price, in your local currency, in the app before you pay anything.

iPhone: Settings, tap your name, Subscriptions, Atika, Cancel Subscription.

Android: open Google Play, tap your profile icon, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, Atika, Cancel.

Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. It has to be cancelled in the store.

The first 7 days are free. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you will not be charged. After that, the subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel it.

Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe. Your subscription is tied to that account, not to the phone.

Payments go through Apple or Google, so refunds are handled by them. On iPhone, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, go to your order history in Google Play and choose Request a refund.

In the app, open Settings, then Data and privacy, then Delete account. Your photos and entries are deleted right away. If you have trouble, email us and we will do it for you.

First, check that you have the latest version of the app:

1. Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
2. Search for “Atika”.
3. If you see Update next to the app, tap it and wait for it to finish. If you see Open, you already have the latest version.
